I’m Myka and I’m the founder of me!Maybe.

Designed to break down barriers and challenge US-based companies to open their minds, me!Maybe was founded with the mission to provide equal opportunities to foreign talents. We’re all about giving talented folks a fair shot.

The Journey

My journey began out of sheer frustration… I knew something had to change. As a Brazilian myself, I’ve been operating in various areas for both E-Commerce and service companies based in the US.

Finance, HR, customer success, supply chain, operations, and even marketing, you name it… I’ve done it all! I know the struggles of having the right people in the right seat–that’s right, sometimes we have the right people, but they’re unable to thrive simply because they are in the wrong position and vice-versa.

The frustration mentioned previously does not always come from the companies’ lack of openness, it also comes from seeing recruitment agencies charging clients 2x, sometimes 3x more than what they actually pass onto the new hire. At me!Maybe, we’re committed to fairness. We make sure both our clients and candidates get the best deal.
